Don’t drink or eat anything that is too cold or too hot. Ideally, the food temperature should be around 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit or 37 degrees Celsius, just like the body temperature. The enzymes in stomach and mouth is at optimum performance at such kind of food temperature.

Don’t over-eat. Overeating is and will always be harmful to health. Stomach is made up of flexible muscles, and its rhythmic expansions and contractions are the responsible for effective and efficient mixing of enzymes and juices with food in our digestive system. These kinds of movements are hindered by our stomach once fully stuffed with too much food.
